• 7u7775 may offer additional promotional deals on special occasions (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season) — those offers will have their own applicable terms.
• 7u7775 reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer.

6. Gaming Rules

The 7u7775 platform offers slot games, live casino, sports betting (including cricket) and specialty games. Each game category has its own rules and restrictions.

6.1 Game Operation and Results

• All game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer method.
• If a game round is left incomplete due to a technical fault or server outage, 7u7775 will make a decision based on the data recorded in the system.
• If the connection is lost mid-game, the wagered amount will not be cancelled but will be settled after the result is determined.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has a set minimum and maximum bet limit. Exceeding the maximum bet limit while an active bonus is in play may result in the bonus being forfeited.

6.3 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments) and other sports events, each market's own rules apply. Pre-match bets will close before the match begins. If in-play betting is available, the relevant time limits must be observed.

7. User Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the 7u7775 platform:

• Attempting to win through fraudulent or illegal means.
• Playing games with the help of automated software, bots or artificial intelligence.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities for gain ("arbitrage" or "bonus abuse").
• Any activity that causes harm to other users.

If evidence of a breach of these terms is found, 7u7775 may close the account without notice and forfeit all balances. The relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

7u7775 gives the highest priority to protecting users' personal information. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure. Details about data collection, storage and use can be found on our Privacy Policy page.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. However, information may be provided when required by legal obligation or at the request of a regulatory authority.

9. Responsible Gaming

7u7775 is committed to responsible gaming. Gambling should be a form of entertainment — not a solution to financial difficulties.

• You can set deposit or betting limits on your own account.
• If you feel it is needed, you can request a temporary or permanent account closure from our support team.
• Detailed information about responsible gaming can be found on our Responsible Gaming page.
• This platform is for those aged 21 and above only.

• If a win beyond the normal limit is displayed due to a game or technical error — in this case, 7u7775 reserves the right to correct the amount.
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, war or government restrictions.

In no circumstance will the total liability of 7u7775 exceed the amount of funds held in the user's account.
